what forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal.

when will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order.

how do you ship and what is the cost?

Our products ship via UPS. your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout

do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of 2+ cases.  

how long will it take my order to ship?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders typically take 3-6 business days to be delivered via UPS Ground.

do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are currently unable to ship outside of the Continental US. We are, however, working towards this option. Please check back with us, as this can change in the future.

can you ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses at this time.

will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, all online-orders receive an e-mail notification that contains a tracking number for your order after your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of product or do exchanges of product. if your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong Found™ order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately here (or by emailing found@drinkfound.com).

how do I cancel or edit my one-time order?

Due to the fact that our orders process quickly, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Can I Cancel my VIP subscription?

yes you can cancel your subscription ay anytime. 

Can I change my VIP occurring order preferences?

yes you can go to 'manage subscription' on your subscription confirmation email and you can change frequency, number of cases and flavors to your liking
